Listen to this lovely bit of risk mitigation they trotted out:
It had 20 classified documents on it — but that’s okay said defence because some documents weren’t.

Clearly if you mix the unimportant with your secrets that fixes everything. Reminds me of certain mortgage securities being sold in recent years were if you mixed a lot of unsaleable crap with other crap the act of blending it created triple AAA grade investments.
