You have to download this, it’s a brilliant read. Full of useful ways to damage and disable motors of every kind, factory parts, roads, phone systems, fuse boards, lighting etc. Anything the OSS thought would slow down the enemy back in 1944.

There’s a little bit of lame stuff, like the suggestion to take a bag of moths to propaganda movies screenings because once released they will gravitate to the projector and obscure the movie with their flutter.
I’d also pass on the idea to “Cry and sob hysterically at every occasion, especially when confronted by government clerks.”, appealing though that might be with todays bureaucracy.
But on the whole it’s gold and whoever wrote must have had a ball.
