Spam Updates Failing

Are you getting more spam than usual?

Check your MailMarshal spam updates are working properly. There are two easy places you can check.

FIRSTLY, in the Configurator under Tools | MailMarshal Properties (for version 6.7) - or - Tools | Server and Array Properties (older versions). Click on Automatic Updates and look at the date, it should look like this. Note the date of the last successful update.

The SECOND place to check is inside the MailMarshal folder on the hard drive. Under the folder ‘config’ you’ll find the file spamfilter.xml - check it’s date, this is the date of your last update.

Give us a call if these dates are not basically current. As I write this on 16th March, the file was updated on 15th March.
