GOTO Meeting and WebMarshal

Many customers will be aware that WebSecure uses GOTO Meeting for our remote support software. Mostly because it’s so cheap to run!

Sometimes we have problems getting the client browser to work straight up, because that browser is connection through WebMarshal. Wouldn’t it be ironic if the software we sold didn’t work with the support solution we use. The problem we most commonly have is the proxy is not allowing unidentified software to create HTTPS tunnels.

If you open your WebMarshal Console (v6.5x) | Tools | Proxy Server Wizard - and then follow the wizard through to this page and select “Allow unidentified software to create tunnels”, as shown above.
