Email Delays to Yahoo

If you have recently been having problems with email queuing to Yahoo, it’s almost certainly not your MailMarshal. Three times in as many months Yahoo have been having serious issues with their MTA’s.

Common symptoms are dropped connections during the DATA transfer stage of email delivery, resulting in retries and queueing when you are trying to send email to them.

Yahoo have a group for Email Administrators where they fess up to issue like this. So check their status here before giving us a call:
