Check if you're on a Blacklist

Many times customers have called because they have a suspicion, for one reason or another, they might have been blacklisted. There is a slight trick to this - you really have to be sure of the IP address your MailMarshal is using before you run your checks, so we use a two stage process.

1. Check your IP address
Make sure of your IP by browsing off the MailMarshal server to:
http://whatismyipaddress.com/

2. Check the blacklists
There are variety of checking lists but this is the one we use, it seems quite accurate and checks a big list.

Thank you for recommending our Blacklist Tool! We have another tool that administrators might find useful, if you send an email to ping@mxtoolbox.com it will send you an email back with you IP address and a few details about your server.

This tool can be helpful in identifying any Outbound issues and/or finding your correct IP address.

Thanks again,
@MxToolBox
